How To Exchange

Send Articles Back

Customer will have to send us back articles along with a fully filled exchange form.

No Pickup Service

Please note that we do not currently offer a pickup service for returns or exchanges.

Courier Charges

Return courier charges would be borne by the customer for sending the items back to us.

Generate New Order

Once we receive your article and form, we will contact you. You can then generate a new order of at least equal value to the items being exchanged.

WhatsApp your new order number to +92 333 6037675 so that we can ensure to send your order without any COD charges.

Delivery Time

We will process and send your new order back to you within 7 working days.

Items That Cannot Be Exchanged

For the health, safety, and hygiene of all our little customers, the following items are considered final sale:

Underwear & Socks

For obvious hygiene reasons, all underwear and socks are final sale once the original packaging is opened or removed.

Accessories

Hats, hair clips, and bibs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Sale & Clearance Items

All products purchased during a final sale or from a clearance section are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gifted Items

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges on items received as a gift. The gift giver must handle the return process.

Damaged Due to Wear & Tear

Any item that shows signs of being worn, washed, or damaged after delivery (e.g., stains, scuffs on shoes, pulled threads) cannot be accepted.

Personalized or Custom Items

Any garment or shoe that has been altered, monogrammed, or customized specifically for you is non-returnable.

Important Note

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet our return conditions (e.g., is soiled, worn, or has tags removed).
