Exchange Policy

Mommy&Me offers exchange to all valued customers across Pakistan.
1. Customer will have have to send us back articles along with fully filled exchange form.
2. We do not have pick up service.
3. Courier charges would be beared by the customer.
4. Once we will receive your article along with fully filled exchange form then we will contact you and you would be allowed to generate new order at least equal to to the price of articles that you want to exchange.

6. We will send you new order back within 7 working days.

Items That Cannot Be Exchanged

For the health, safety, and hygiene of all our little customers, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear & Socks: For obvious hygiene reasons, all underwear and socks are final sale once the original packaging is opened or removed.
  • Accessories: Hats, hair clips, and bibs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale & Clearance Items: All products purchased during a final sale or from a clearance section are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gifted Items: Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges on items received as a gift. The gift giver must handle the return process with the original order information.
  • Damaged Items Due to Wear & Tear: Any item that shows signs of being worn, washed, or damaged after delivery (e.g., stains, scuffs on shoes, pulled threads) cannot be accepted.
  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any garment or shoe that has been altered, monogrammed, or customized specifically for you is non-returnable.

Important Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet our return conditions (e.g., is soiled, worn, or has tags removed).
